Terms of use

Validro is early software offered as-is. These terms are deliberately short.

Your content is yours

You keep all rights to your sessions, the moments extracted from them, and the drafts Validro writes. Nothing you capture is used to train models, and nothing is shared with anyone else. Granting Validro the right to process your content is limited to running the product for you.

You are responsible for what you publish

Drafts are generated by a language model from your own session evidence. They can be wrong, incomplete, or misleading. Read every post before you publish it. Validro never publishes on your behalf — you always take the final action yourself.

Acceptable use

Do not use Validro to capture sessions you do not have the right to capture, such as work belonging to an employer or client who has not agreed to it. Do not attempt to exceed the published capture limits or use the service to generate content that is unlawful or deceptive.

Availability

This is pre-release software with no uptime guarantee. Captures may fail, features may change, and data may be affected during changes. Keep your own records of anything you cannot lose.

Ending your use

Delete your workspace at any time from Settings, which removes your data permanently and revokes every capture token. Accounts that abuse the service may be suspended.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Validro is provided without warranties and the operator is not liable for damages arising from its use, including anything you choose to publish.
